The Aidear Stainless Steel Bolted Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger – Process Grade is a rugged, high-performance heat transfer solution built specifically for demanding industrial process applications. As shown in the workshop photo, this series features a heavy-duty bolted carbon steel frame (blue-coated for corrosion protection), thick stainless steel compression plates, precision-aligned high-tensile tie rods, corrugated 316L stainless steel heat transfer plates with advanced chevron patterns, and high-grade replaceable gaskets—ensuring uniform plate clamping, leak-free operation, and full serviceability even in aggressive media or high-fouling environments.

The bolted design allows complete disassembly for thorough mechanical cleaning, gasket replacement, plate addition for capacity increase, or reconfiguration—making it ideal for processes with variable flow rates, periodic sanitation, or future expansion needs.
