As depicted in the manufacturing photo, this unit features a large-diameter cylindrical stainless steel shell with precision-welded construction, a fixed tubesheet design (tubes permanently expanded and welded into perforated tube sheets at both ends for cost-effective, leak-proof integrity), dense tube bundle, reinforced triangular welded supports for structural stability, oversized flanged nozzles (including side inlet/outlet and end covers), saddle-type mounting legs, and high-quality TIG welding visible on reinforcements—ensuring durability under high pressure, temperature differentials, and corrosive environments.

This fixed tubesheet configuration provides excellent thermal efficiency through direct heat transfer between shell-side and tube-side fluids, with minimal risk of leakage and simplified maintenance for non-fouling services.
